The Feed In Tariff For Large Scale Solar Installations
The amount paid per kW of energy generated varies depending of the size of the system. The table below details the amount paid up to April 2012 (year 2) and also what it will be after April 2012 (year 3).

Export Tariff
The Export tariff is the amount paid on top of the generation tariff. It is set at 3.1p universally for systems of all sizes. The difference with small domestic installations and larger commercial installations is that an export meter will be fitted to keep acurate information of the amount of electricity exported and the amount used at the site itself.
